Is this about weight loss or health?

Health and body awareness may be part of our conversations, but this is not a weight-loss program.

The Midlife Reset focuses on emotional, identity, and life alignment — because true change in the body often begins with alignment in the self.

What if I don’t know exactly what’s wrong?

That’s actually very common.

You don’t need to have the answers.
You only need the honesty to explore.

Clarity is something we create together.

What happens in the sessions?

Each session is a private, supportive conversation.

We explore what’s present for you, gently uncover patterns, reflect on what’s no longer fitting, and begin creating alignment in a way that feels safe and grounded.

There is no script you have to follow.
There is no performance expected.

Just honesty and presence.

Do I have to journal or do homework?

No.

You may be invited to reflect between sessions, but nothing is required or graded.

Is this refundable?

Because this is a private, time-based coaching experience, The Midlife Reset is not refundable for the pro rata share of the Program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $100.00.

This allows me to fully commit my time, presence, and energy to each client.

That said, we only move forward after a clarity conversation, so you never enter this experience without feeling aligned and confident in your decision.

All details are clearly outlined in the coaching agreement before we begin.
